CRAFT  (Corporate Remote Access for Fax on demand and Tele banking) is a state-of-the-art unattended System used for providing 24 Hrs. services to the Bank's Customers for accessing their account information using a telephone instrument or a fax machine. The system uses the power of software and communication hardware to run on DTMF Telephone lines. CRAFT processes the customer requests, scans the bank's database for necessary information and narrates verbally / faxes the replies to the calling customer, completely unattended.

You may download the application form, fill it , sign it and take your password by depositing the same  at the branch.

PC Banking provides the Bank Customers a unique facility of transacting most of their Banking requirements, from convenience of their Homes or Offices. The Customers can subscribe for PC Banking facility in order to avail remote access to their Bank Accounts using a Computer through a Telephone Line. The system follows high security norms.

We have 948 lockers at the branch. The lockers are of various sizes and are available now. 

• The rent is payable yearly.

• The Vault is open from 8.45 AM to 2.00 PM and also open from 2.00 PM to 5.30 PM on prior arrangement.

• You can operate the locker as many times as you wish.

If you are an Expatriate / Non Resident Indian, you may open your deposit account in our designated branches in India. These accounts could be in US Dollars or other major world currencies like GBP, EURO or Japanese Yen. The deposit receipts are issued for a maximum period of 7 years.

You can also open NRE accounts in Indian Rupees. These accounts may be opened in the form of Savings Bank , Current Deposit, Fixed Deposit , Double Benefit deposit , Monthly Income Certificate and Quarterly Income Certificate. The deposit receipts are issued for a maximum period of 7 years. Some of our designated centers also offering Internet Banking Services.
